About the service

DoctorNika arranges medical second opinions from independent super-specialist doctors based on the information and reports you provide. A second opinion is advice to support your decision-making together with your treating doctor; it does not replace an in-person examination or the care of your treating doctor.

Not an emergency service

Do not use DoctorNika for emergencies. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital. Never delay urgent treatment to wait for a second opinion.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information and reports.
• Share reports only for a patient you are authorised to act for.
• Discuss the second opinion with your treating doctor before making treatment decisions.

Fees and refunds

Fees are shown before you pay. Refunds are handled as per our refund policy; if we are unable to match a suitable specialist for your case, we will refund the fee in full.

Limitation

Opinions are given in good faith on the basis of the information provided. To the extent permitted by law, DoctorNika is not liable for decisions made without consulting a treating doctor.
