- Case information — the patient’s age, the diagnosis or treatment advised, and the medical reports you choose to share.
- Payment information — processed by our payment partner; we do not store card or bank details.
- Website usage — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.

- To arrange your second opinion with a suitable specialist and contact you about your case.
- To process payments, issue receipts and provide support.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
Your medical information is shared only with the specialist reviewing your case and our care team, on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell your personal data or use your medical information for advertising. We may share information where required by law.
Consent
By submitting a case you consent to us processing the information you provide for the purpose of your second opinion. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing already carried out.
Storage and retention
We keep case information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
